Contrary to popular belief, family homelessness is the fastest growing segment of the homeless population in the country. Spokane is no exception to this.
Since we began in 1988, Family Promise of Spokane has specialized in connecting homeless families with those in their own neighborhood, increasing their support networks, and reinforcing the skills needed to get and keep housing. Through evidence-based, innovative programming and the incredible support of local partners and donors, we’re closer than ever before to ending family homelessness in Spokane.

When Family Promise of Spokane began, it was a small but comprehensive program for three homeless families at a time. Today, we serve around x family members each year as the only wraparound program for homeless families in Eastern Washington.
